Interview
My interview started with a telephonic interview with the HR manager for the basic Q&A.
Round 2 was scheduled after 1 week with a senior strategy consultant and after another 3-4 days one of the senior most member of the organization interviewed me.
Finally after 3 more days the HR manager called to discuss the number and offer letter was mailed.
Gave first level interview of automated questions inovlving multiple business and office situations. We need to answer how we will adept and handle those situations in 3 mins. But after the interview got over there was no response from IBM, atleast they should have the courtesy to respond back on the status of the application.

Please describe a time when you went out of your way to help someone resolve an issue or problem. What did you do to help, and what was the result?
Describe a time when you had to work with people from other departments or teams and someone was not collaborating as they should, how did you approach the situation? make it short
Give me an example of a time when you provided support to someone who needed help accomplishing a shared goal or project.
Tell me about a time when you thought “There has to be a better way” and you created a better way, what did you do and what was the impact?

This is a pre-assessment round to see the candidature. There are 5 questions that will be voice recorded and sent. Based on this assessment, they will get back to us regarding the next rounds. This will hardly take 20 minutes, which includes a sample question and 5 assessment questions
