Interview
First filled out an online application form and sent my cv. Was invited to an interview soon after. In the interview we were first given a detailed presentation by someone from the group. We then went for a group exercise based on logic. Neither group got the right answer, I'm not even sure if there was one but the exercise was to see how you worked together. We then sat in a room in silence doing numerical and verbal reasoning tests for an hour or so. After that we had lunch and most of us got sent home while some stayed for interviews. That part was really quite humiliating, especially after putting so much effort into the morning.
Online tests, followed by video interview, followed by application form, then invited to an assessment centre alongside 11 others. Morning of assessment centre consisted of a numerical test, a group exercise and a case study interview.

Finding the next number in the series - Aptitude test

Interview
Consists of online application, numerical (number series) and logical test, video interview, assessment centre, final round interview. The assessment centre consists of two elimination rounds, which can get very stressful. You are also made to give the number series test again. Need to pass all the tests to pass the AC.
