The interview process in IBM is really low, the HR and Recruiters (at least in Czech Republic) are not well trained and they are not interested, almost at all. Unfortunately they are searching only for numbers not for talented people.

Question 1
Their most important question was about salary expectations. This is so wrong, on so many levels.
