Started off with a quick phone screen. Proceeded to an on-site interview with 5 separate 30-minute interviews. Made it to final interview with hiring manager, which was over the phone.

Question 1
The most difficult part of the interviews was being presented a case study in the final interview and only having 60 minutes to prepare a proposal. I was not expecting to be presented a case study and the case was not relevant to the desired job. Ultimately, this was the deciding factor on who received an offer.

Interview
After submitting your job application, there will be a virtual cognitive test online. Thereafter, after successfully completing the tests, there will be 2 separate interviews with Human Resource and the Procurement Manager before being informed on the final result. The whole interview process was very efficient and concluded within less than a month.

Interview with three users, One in Indonesia, at the IBM office and two are His Superior in Singapore, with Webex. The interview mostly talking about my experiences and personal aspirations. A little bit boring since three interviewer was asking the same questions

Interviewed by two managers and one team lead. The questions were around how you would deal with conflict and I told several times that loyalty to IBM was important. However, was dropped after I mentioned that loyalty is a two way street. Overall, interview was short, and I got the offer letter before the interview.
