I got a call from a job consultant. I landed up and found hundreds of people like a cattle shed. The HR guys were shouting at the applicants. Tons of documentation was asked by their HR without even conducting interview. HR even asked confidential documents of current employer which is not correct. I also dont understand why companies ask the current salary. Salary should be offered on market price and the capability of the employee. I heard that abroad they dont ask people their current salary and demand to see their pay slips.. The only detail not asked was what do i do in my free time or a tape of what all I do...It was very inconvenient.... The HR spoke like a very unprofessional person and shouted at people who did not have all the documents. Tech interview got over in like 20 mins. I dont know what they tested in those 20 mins. and I waited for 6 hours for the next interview only to find out that the panel did not arrive yet!!! Then we were sent home and asked to come the next week!
