I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (London, England) in July 2017
Interview
The overall recruitment process was quite elaborate and after attending two interviews i was invited for a full day session which involved a series of interview, and group activities which allowed the evaluators to observe a persons group dynamics in addition to technical skills in multiple interviews on that same day. The great thing about the process is that you get to know on that day itself if you have been selected to be hired or not, which saves a lot on time and anxiety.
