The process took 3 months. I interviewed at IBM (New York, NY)

      Interview

Terrible process and unhelpful/unresponsive recruiters. There needs to be an overhaul of the current set of recruiters as they are not helpful or responsive in the slightest. A recruiter should be a positive ambassador for the company while the feeling I got from my interactions with the recruiters is they were just there to collect a paycheck. Black box interview process with wait times exceeding 6 months which is ridiculous. IBM is an old man company that is past its expiration date. Either adapt to the new, modern times or be left behind by all the attractive start-ups. You decide. Would not recommend.

      Interview

The interview process was overall a very easy process to go through. Within a couple of days of sending in my application I was invited to take part in a virtual interview. The virtual interview consisted of questions about the company and questions about how my skills relate to the position that I was applying for.

Interviews were positive, just behavioral questions about projects and stuff of that sort. Allowed time to give any more information about yourself that you didn't get to showcase for the questions.
