I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IBM
Interview
The process was pretty in depth. Had a phone call for over an hour with a hiring manager where he asked about seven or eight questions about situations and resume leads. He was friendly and helpful about the process. Had another phone interview and then received an offer in person.
Not great communication throughout, but the people were nice and I really liked the program and the fact you could do a whole bunch of different options to find out what you like the best.
