Very relaxed. Being professional and asked relevant questions related to the role. Before any interview,I have red more about the company as well as the job role. The following step was technical test and then chat to the IT manager and the last interview was with the department director.

The recruiters were super friendly and made me feel comfortable especially Martha I had the interview with 2 people so it was not bad the process is they will ask you questions about yourself and your experience then a simulation of a convo between you and a client + feedback

Interview process was mostly online, with particular attention to great apptitude tests. These were well presented online, and I greatly appreciated the detailed feedback and metrics of comaprison which were provided to me following the completion.
