Side Note: Once you join IBM, you get the opportunity to be a greeter at the interview. They rank you based on how well the others did. they pick 2-3 top performers and give offers to right away. 2-3 are debatable so they go back to other hiring managers to decide. Another 2-3 are not given offers.
