I applied through the website and received an invitation to a video assessment.
The assessment is conducted on an online platform: the candidate is asked a few questions which he/she has to answer within 3 minutes. The candidate has a minute to prepare their answer and take some notes.
The experience was seamless and interesting, but for me it would have been easier to talk to a person rather than to record videos.

Got a link to a platform where you were asked to answer a series of questions. The answers had to be recorded, every answer was supposed to be answered in less than 3 minutes. Beforehand, the advice was given to prepare using the STAR framework.
Important: once started, you can only interrupt the process once, since they don't want you to have unlimited preparation time for the answers. If it gets interrupted (e.g. due to network connectivity or by closing the tab) a second time, the process is stopped and your interview is basically aborted.

Zuerst tauschen wir uns über die gegenseitigen Erwartungen aus. Danach besprechen wir konkrete Situationen aus meiner bisherigen Arbeit im Banking-Sektor, zum Beispiel wie ich Herausforderungen gelöst habe. Mir ist ein ehrlicher Austausch wichtig, damit beide Seiten sehen, ob die Zusammenarbeit passt.
