Interview
The first stage of the interview process was an online screening. This interview lasted about 30 minutes. It was then followed by an online panel interview. Each member of the panel asked a few questions. This interview lasted about an hour.

The interview process was not the best but was average , It includes a group discussion and most of the interviews are conducted in a day. If you prior experience you can make it through.
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.
