3. Assessments:
• Recorded Video Interview Assessment: In certain regions, you might be asked to complete a recorded video interview. 
• Online Coding Assessment: For technical roles, such as Developer or Data Scientist positions, an online coding test may be required. 
4. Case Interview: This stage evaluates your problem-solving abilities through business scenarios. You’ll be expected to analyze a case study and propose solutions, demonstrating your analytical and strategic thinking skills.
5. Behavioral Interview: Conducted by practice leads or senior consultants, this interview focuses on your past experiences, teamwork, leadership qualities, and how you align with IBM’s values.

The process was fairly quick. They were looking for someone with previous strategy work experience. Positive process. Interviewed virtually in the US. First round was 2 45 minute interviews. Describe a time you solved a problem
Long but nice multiple stages. First interview then a presentation . It was interesting and eventful lots of great opportunities to meet people. Learned a lot from it. Practiced my presentation skills
