I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (Bengaluru) in Dec 2015
Interview
I applied and gave interview 3 times. First two during campus and last one through placement agency.
When the number of attendees are large they filter by asking you to pronounce words. Or may take a small personal interview about yourself and so on.
If you pass through that then comes worst part. Around 2-3 rounds of telephonic interview.
Now if all attendee are freshers you might be selected out of pure luck or you might have just impressed them by your non stop talking skills as though you own the world. Yes right the main they look forward is confidence in your comnunication. Even if you hesitate make sure you don't lose confidence.
I didnt get through because even though i was confident i wasn't much of talkative. I was at loss of words with nervousness.
Over the phone interview in English
Then another one in Turkish ( the employer who did the interview was a native speaker and he was a kind person )
Then last one wasn't an interview...only i was asked 2 questions in English about language qualifications I guess...other than that it was negotiations and explaining work hours
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (São Paulo, São Paulo) in June 2024
Interview
O processo foi bem tranquilo, primeiro uma entrevista com o time de RH, depois uma entrevista com o gestor da área e por fim, uma entrevista técnica em inglês. Todos muito pacientes e prestativos ao longo do processo.
