I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Hong Kong) in July 2025
Interview
Pretty Basic at the start and then the manager started asking more precise scenario based questions. Throughout the scenario based questions, the manager would often look puzzled/displeased when you didn't answer to their liking/preferred method. Overall, lacked professionalism and was clearly looking for a candidate to work OT endlessly.

Interviewer doesn't ask related questions. He is trying to google it and expecting same answer as per google only. Even though they don't know the concept, at a point I feel that person/interviewer is not related technology which they want.
