IBM Design/Verification interview questions

Hiring and interview process are streamlined especially when they really need people. However, it highly varies by department/division. Your best chance is through employee reference. Phone screeen followed by on-site interviewed if matched. On-site interview mostly 1/2 days with 4-6 people. I have seen candidate required to make a 10' presentation on a random topic, but that is an exception.
