Met and had chats/mini-interviews with five or six members of the department I ended up interning in. There were a lot of open-ended questions. Everyone from the department was very friendly and helpful – one of the most pleasant work environments I have had. There were also a number of other interns going through the hiring process at the same time and there are events sponsored by the LIBRA foundation which all helped me to get acquainted with people and settle into the position.

I applied online. I interviewed at IDEXX Laboratories
Interview
One team interview for Marketing Team, and the team really just wants to know more about how you work and what you've done before/what you want to gain from internship.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IDEXX Laboratories (Westbrook, ME) in June 2019
Interview
Three interviews. One phone screen, one in person, one online code review. The interviews themselves were very organic, more like conversations than interrogations. Mentioning a couple of projects I knew very well and being able to talk about them was exactly what they wanted.
