I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at IDEXX Laboratories (Columbia, MO) in Jan 2024
Interview
The whole thing took forever, and I never got a reply when they said I would even if I didn't get the job. I thought I wouldn't get a third interview because it took them a month to get back after the first one,
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IDEXX Laboratories (West Sacramento, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
Two part interview, first phoned by an HR manager and then emailed for an in-person interview to meet the supervisors of the PCR lab. Most questions were based on personality, working with groups, dealing with difficult situations, and planning specimen analyses/organizational skills. They very heavily looked for individuals with good communication skills and good interpersonal skills and basic abilities to perform the job itself. After the interview, it took them five weeks to get back to me, which is a bit long, and I didn't get offered the position. I really did love the atmosphere and the work environment, but the interviewers mentioned that I was overqualified for the job because of my masters degree.
