Interview
first online assessment, some mathematical, statistics, brainteaser questions, easy level. Then play online games, which is really stupid. People who practice those games will perform well. So really sure what this company really want.

mathematical, statistics, brainteaser questions in one hour.
The process was quite easy and straightforward. In total it took 2 weeks since the application. I was asked to complete an assessment test (that i passed) then a 10min techinical-HR interview.

I was asked to answer to an HR question in 5 min ( why you want to be a trader). Then they asked me some basic probability question.
Online OA. Asks some probabilities and math problems.
Video recording OA. Basic BQ questions: introduce myself, challenges that I had. Two probability problems that I need to figure out in 1min and explain.
First round technical phone screen, had some ev/probability type questions and figuring out optimal strategies for certain games. Pretty challenging but fairly similar to other companies. After that final round consisted of multiple groups of 2 interviewers with pretty challenging questions.
