Interview
Una vez pasado el primer filtro de CV, realizas una serie de pruebas cognitivas. Si las pasas satisfactoriamente, llegas a una entrevista en video donde te preguntan sobre tu motivación y luego te realizan un pequeño problema matemático.

Pruebas cognitivas, de rapidez mental, pregunta sobre tu motivación para trabajar en el sector y te realizan un problema matemático
Neurolympic games (can find online) then hire vue where really you just have to answer maths question correctly followed by hr interview then final round. Most straightforward maths questions as well as market making games

3x3 square. Probability of starting somewhere moving twice and ending up on an even number.
1st round was neurolympics (reflexes, reasoning, etc...) , 2nd was a one way video question interview consisted of 3 questions 2 were personal and 3rd was probability and after had 1st round interview with hr 45 mins

Interview
It consists of 5 stages, CV plus cover letter, Neurolymics test (cognitive test), one way interview, HR interview (behavioural, market making and quant questions) and incoming in person interview in Amsterdam office.
