I got a call from HR regarding Aggregate Reporting Opening. I informed that I don't any Aggregate Reporting Experience (have only Case Processing Experience) but interested in the field. The HR told that selection will be based on performance done during the interview process.
I went for the interview....
On spot, it was told that candidates having experience in Aggregate Reporting can attend the interview. No other experience will be considered. HR said there was mis communication made.
HR told that candidates having Case Processing experience will be given preference if any Case processing opening is there.
Quintiles being largest CRO, does not have proper information regarding the opening.
In spite of informing about Case Processing Experience, They call for interview and did not take the interview at the end.
This was an height of unprofessionalism....
They should have proper communication between the team so that they don't call candidates like this.
