I applied through university. I interviewed at IQVIA
Interview
I had a pretty mixed experience. Some people were genuinely nice and cared about you. Whereas others were downright condescending. Interview process is pretty standard as compared with other consulting companies however it is very much focused on healthcare and analytical aspects. I applied through campus recruitment, completed an online test, did a first face to face round with 3 interviewers (2 behavioral and 1 case) then a second interview round (1 behavior and a case presentation to a panel). All consulting companies have a standard practice at the final round of calling candidates to give some real feedback but instead I received a standard HR email that says not selected but doesn't go 1 inch in the direction of some real feedback. This is in now way reflective of all the people there but shows a lack of appreciation for candidates in the recruitment process.

Question 1
Standard cases around revenue growth, capital allocation and sales force effectiveness.
3 rounds first with hiring manager then with a panel along with senior manager and finally a round/fit check with Principle followed by final discussion with HR. Technical round would include guesstimates followed by case study presentation
On-demand video assessment interview where you record your response -> Math&Logistics test -> case interview with a consultant (not a typical case; this is more focused on math and calculation)
Two rounds of interviews, 1 with a leader and other with a panel of managers. Ended with one case study, which was then presented to a panel of interviewers. It was a quick and fluid process.
