Interview
It was an easy process. They used this method called the Star Method. It’s basically a series of questions based on scenarios that you have encountered with your previous experiences. Right after the interview, I was automatically offered the position!

1- The first thing is an interview with the direct manager
2- then an interview with the director/consultant
3- last but not least is an interview with the human resource manager
