I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA in Sept 2022
Interview
First, the RH calls you. She asks a lot of questions, she even ask you a practical case. Don't have the feeling at all. Then, it was a teams call with a manager and another employee. Started with talking through my CV and then job related questions. Again, a lot of practical case during 60mn. They were kind, and at the end the manager was positive. I was suddenly completely ghosted by IQVIA. No news, so after weeks, I send un email. And after a longtime, the RH called me saying no with invalid reasons.

Interview
a week after I applied, I got a call from a recruiter, He reviewed salary and job expectaions. Then I did the HireVue interview. Now I am scheduled to have a virtual interview with "the hiring team". not sure what that means, but that's what the recruiter called it. I do know someone that works at IQVIA and they referred me for the job. Not sure if that had anything to do with it.
