Sehr strukturiert. Typischer Ablauf mit Vorstellung des Unternehmens, Erwartungen aus Mitarbeitersicht und branchenspezifische Fragen, die auf die Jobposition zugeschnitten sind. Frage zu den Gehaltsvorstellungen kam ebenso vor. Professionell durchgeführt, man fühlte sich wohl.

IQVIA interview process: recruiter screen, HireVue video, hiring manager interview, technical/behavioral rounds with team or senior CRA, final review and offer decision focusing on clinical knowledge, communication, and risk awareness. As fast paced as i wanted.

a week after I applied, I got a call from a recruiter, He reviewed salary and job expectaions. Then I did the HireVue interview. Now I am scheduled to have a virtual interview with "the hiring team". not sure what that means, but that's what the recruiter called it. I do know someone that works at IQVIA and they referred me for the job. Not sure if that had anything to do with it.
