Whole day process.. followed by 2 telephonic in next week.. They confirm that you are selected and then they hold the offer letter for more than 1 month by saying some global freeze, and at last said “We are sorry we looking for some local guys!!” If you looking for local guys then why the hell you came to Hyderabad for??

I attended only the first interview of probably a two-tier process. Was interviewed by HR and the line manager in English with a lot of questions about the change in field (why leave the current, why join theirs, etc) despite having experience in a pharmaceutical company a few years before. Very few about my capabilities for the role. Another focal point was a timed text (from the field) translation from Bulgarian to English. After both the manager left in a pretty emotional fashion and we wrapped up with the HR. No follow-up call for negative result.
