It was an amazing experience to have assessment centre with Imperial but this was back in 2012, while it was still an investment focus. Things have changed a lot these recent years. Less budget, less clarity, less quality for everything.

After a group panel, you then get into a room with group a judges sitting in front you asking who you think they should hire and who they should not if you are the employer.
