I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at InVision in Nov 2015
Interview
Inteview with VP of Marketing, who then wanted me to speak with the Content Director. The VP asked me a bunch of questions on the role, who must have thought it went well and introduced me to the content director who specifically told me her role was to determine culture fit. Then after that, the VP sent me an email telling me that he was looking for someone with a specific set of experience - which made no sense to me because why bother moving me to the next round.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at InVision (New York, NY) in Feb 2022
Interview
The company recruiter contacted me and arranged a phone interview. Spoke with recruiter by phone. This was followed by a Zoom video interview with hiring manager. (Process took a few weeks)

Question 1
What are you looking for in your next role? Why Invision?
The interview process was a few weeks and reasonably challenging. I ended up meeting with all of the expected roles and/or people that I would need to work with before receiving an offer
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at InVision in July 2020
Interview
I applied for the position online and got a call back a month later so clearly their first round of candidates didn't pan out. Once the recruiter got in touch with me, I was moved fairly quickly through the process with questions about my past experience. The marketing executive I spoke with seemed full of himself, and I could tell during the interview that this wouldn't be a good cultural match. When I received the rejection email, no reason or feedback was provided; they just simply whent with another candidate.
