Informatica Manager interview questions

The interview process for a manager type position focused more on solution design, team management, ability to convince customers and long term ambitions. There were some technical questions, but not too deep.

A follow up interview was supposed to be scheduled but the recruiter never called back even to say the position was filled. It's understandable if a person is not the right fit for a job, but rude and inconsiderate of the company to not have at minimum an email giving any status at all.
