Insight Training Professional interview questions

Phone interview with hiring manager where he described the job and the a few of the challenges that the department was having and asked me a few questions about my background. I also had a follow up phone interview with the change management lead on the project, this interview was a bit more thorough because she had a similar background to me and was able to ask more relevant questions.
