Submitted the resume via a friend who was working at Intel.
I was asked for time/ day for phone interview. 2 phone interviews, each lasting 45mts. All behavioural and one or two technical question. In essence, there is no right or wrong answer to the questions. All they are looking for is your ability to think aloud (your problem solving steps). It helps to practice behavioural questions in front of a friend or family member.
Example 1: What are finance controls and example of some controls you have seen or studied etc
Example 2: New development / changes Intel has gone through in the last 3 years.
Q3 : Why Intel ? (Come up with a unique answer - what you can offer to the company
Q4: Example of a situation where you embraced change
Q5: A few invoices were found to have error. Due to time constraint, you were asked not to check the entire population. What will you do ?
Q6: Example of team conflict or disagreement with co-worker.how you solved it.
Q7: There are alternative projects with budget constraints; how will you go about choosing a project.
