Was interviewed by two men, one from the department I would work in and I think an HR rep. It sounded like a very easy job and I thought I would at least get a second interview.

Got a phone interview at first and then was schedule to come in. meet with a group of engineers, supervisor and senior technicians. Was asked technical questions related to the job. They called be back a few days later after doing a background check and gave me an offer. One of the questions that were asked was: what is a transistor? I was also asked to describe a PNP and NPN junction. They insisted a lot about safety. So I was asked several questions regarding safety. . You have to make sure that in any situation regarding a safety issue you have to inform your supervisor. They want to know if you a safe person to work with.
