I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intel Corporation in July 2015
Interview
I got the interview by employee referral. I got a call from the manager directly and a technical engineer contacted me for interview schedule. I got the call regrading to the interview schedule and made it next week. The phone interview was about 40 mins and basically he asked me more about my own experience and there was very few behavior questions. After I finished describing what I have done, I was asked to answer some technical questions.
