initial phone call basically is an introduction where the talent acquisition coach explains the interview process and little bit of what we do at International SOS. After the interview asked more in depth questions and there was a test customer service assistance call to test your telecommunication abilities.

Multi-Step, multi-person interview, which includes simulated customer interaction. Overall, interviewers are friendly, and ask question Regarding your resume. The interview lasted about an hour. And the employer got back to me quickly with an answer.

Initially contacted through email about application and specific parts of resume. Interviewer then set up a phone interview not long after. Short interview with relatively basic questions. Questions mainly consist of experience and position specific qualities.

The interview process was very timely and relevant. All of the questions I was asked were very relevant to my job and the communications with the company between submitting my application and each interview was very timely.
