Interview is very simple. You have to be fit enough to swim 8 laps non stop, tread water with no hands for 2 minutes and get a brick from the bottom of a 10ft pool.

Interview
Usually does phone interviews during peak hiring season. Used to talking to teenagers, understanding if you lack work experience. If you don’t have prior experience, they’ll ask you about school volunteering, babysitting for family, etc.
Very easy. Very conversational. It was in a group of people so that helped ease the nerves and allowed us to build off of each other. A calm and comforting atmosphere.
