I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at JetBlue (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2012
Interview
automated phone interview, live phone interview, in person interview (with one or a group) They ask questions about your experience in customer service, what you know about the company, etc. This was a few years back, but from what I know now, they are going to be looking for this and more, in terms of personality and taking initiative.
Once you get through all three, they invite you to do fingerprinting, drug test, and a physical aptitude test (which is super easy). Once you get through this phase then they send you to Orlando for training.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JetBlue (Elizabeth, NJ) in Nov 2018
Interview
Interview process was great but very long, then they interview you in groups of 2 and 2 recruiters and ask many customer service questions. They are watching you from the minute you walk in the door and make sure you interact and smile all the time.
