This review will be vague but helpful. I interviewed in April 2019 and completed the required assessment shortly after. A few weeks later, did the video interview and a few more weeks later got an invitation to the Blue Review (face-to-face). You choose your interview date & location from a list they provide you with in the email. My date was the very next week. Here’s my advice: Study and practice typical interview questions but don’t over do it or else you’ll sound rehearsed. Be genuine! The recruiting team wants to see the true you and if you aren’t being true to yourself and sound scripted - they will know. Make sure you know fun facts about the company and upcoming things happening with the company. It will show that you’re dedicated and know the brand. The day of the interview: Here’s what I mean about being vague. I can’t go into specifics but know that they’ll be talking about the company and answering questions, they will mingle with you so don’t be nervous, they may do group activities and of course - like any airline - you’ll sit down to do a one on one. Don’t be shy, don’t be nervous. Talk to them professionally but friendly. Remember, you’ve gotten this far so you have something in you. Let your personality shine. Be very friendly with the other candidates as they can be your fellow crew-members. Absolutely no phone usage and when on break, don’t disappear. Mingle! When answering your interview questions, use real life examples when possible. Be prepared for a long day but it will be worth it! Soon enough you’ll have your wings and fly!
