JetBlue uses the STAR interview process and it's completely ridiculous. If you aren't the type of person that can remember VERY SPECIFIC examples, they don't give you a chance. No matter how well you do on the job, you can't promote if you aren't good at STAR interviews, no matter how amazing you are at customer service.
