Describe a time a police was implemented that you did not agree with and how did you handle it.
Hiring took a long time, so if it's something you are really interested in, be patient. They get a lot of applications and hire a small percentage of applicants. You are asked to do a short online survey, followed by an online assessment to see how you interpret information and your ability to follow instructions. After a few weeks you are offered an interview date. The interview was done in a small group, where each prospective employee was asked different questions and asked to give specific examples of past experiences.
