Video interview where you are able to think before recording tour responses to the questions and then a face-to-face at the corporate office in NY, interacting with the in-flight crew.
Your interview begins the moment you walk through those doors.
It’s a Warm/ comfortable process. Partake in Group activities where they observe how you work in a group. After that there was a quick one on one. You also do a reach “test”
Did a VI Then the Blue review. The entire process during the blue review was pretty quick. Introducing the team, more information on the company, Q&A, Reach test, jumpseat test, you read a small PA announcement. Then 1 on 1 interviews. Overall process was very welcoming from start to finish. Everyone is very encouraging and wants to see succeed. Smile, smile and smile some more Be yourself and take your time answering questions. Interact with everyone you meet and get ready to work with some amazing people.
It is long wait from one step to the other. Applied on May and going for F2F July. So I am waiting to continue with the process. And will provide any uodate.
