Received a call a few weeks after applying, which turned out to be a 15-20 minute phone interview. Recruiter asked some basic questions such as why I want to leave my job, why JetBlue, what are JetBlue's 5 values etc. Told me all about the position. Starting pay is low $80k and caps at $150k-ish after 10 or 12 years I think she said. Scheduled raises every year. Schedule is 4 days on, 4 off. 10 hour days plus OT sometimes. Shifts are between 5am-11pm, seniority based bidding system in a department of 8 people I believe. We then scheduled a video interview for the following week.
That interview was about 30 minutes with the same recruiter and the hiring manager. Each one asked 3-4 questions, really not too bad. Gave me a chance to ask questions at the end. A few days later they emailed and said they decided not to fill the position, which was strange to me because they said they were trying to fill it ASAP.
