I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JetBlue (New York, NY) in Feb 2015
Interview
The first interview was with the HR manager. Next, I had 1:1 interviews with the RM managers. All of them asked generic questions, ex. "Tell me about yourself.","Why do you want to join Jetblue?", etc. Then each of them asked tricky questions, such as estimation questions and even algebra word problems. Overall, it was quite a positive experience, although the managers were not as friendly as I would have liked.
