I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at JetBlue (Long Island City, NY) in June 2023
Interview
The process starts with a 15 minute phone screening with the recruiter. I was then invited for a 1 hour interview with the hiring manager for the role. At the interview were present the recruiter, hiring manager and their manager. The interview consisted of 3 "tell me a time when..." type questions and then some scenarios were presented that were meant to test you on technical aptitude. In the last few minutes, the manager's manager asked rapid fire questions that essentially tested you on JetBlue and aviation field knowledge.
