We had an introductory presentation with details of the job and pay etc, and then a group activity where they accessed our teamwork skills, and then an individual interview with multiple questions.

First round of interview is text interview of 6 questions.. Once that is completed you get an email that you have made it to the next round for a virtual interview. The virtual interview goes for three hours. First, they introduce their company. Next is a group activity, we have to come up with a campaign and jingle. Most of us have no idea what to do. Not like we are in marketing! After the group activity you have a one on one meeting with the recruitment team member. They ask 5 questions similar to the text interview.
