I applied online. I interviewed at Juniper Networks (San Jose, CA) in May 2017
Interview
One of the worst and slowest interview process. No transparency at all. The interview process started with a call from HR on May and received a result for the position in August.
First round with HR. The second was a video recording interview. Was then interviewed by the Director and then the Panel interview. Overall the interview process took more than 3 months. Had to email the HR every week for feedback or any updates.

I interviewed at Juniper Networks (London, England)
Interview
Very straightforward interview process rather than convoluted. I've heard some companies doing over 5+interviews before an offer but this was less than that whilst ensuring they got to know you.

Interview
Entire process from start to finish was aprox. 6 weeks. I spoke with the SE manager twice, two technical interviews with other SEs, one interview with the AM I'd be working with, and an interview with the SE manager and Sales Director for the region.

Tell me about the project you are most proud of and why. There were lots of other questions like this one. There were also plenty of technical questions related to networking in general.
