I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Juniper Networks (Bengaluru) in Feb 2018
Interview
A very long and time waste process and interviews for the candidates. Before and every sentence the interviewer obstructs you with some wierd question. Wierd behaviour by especially the Director of this BU. The first round started when my resume got shortlisted from their panel. It was a telephonic round of 1 hour. After impressing this guy, in few weeks time, HR who was as quick as sloth (Sid in Ice age), called me and invited me for next face to face rounds. I got it scheduled for the next week. There were around 5 very long (very very very long) rounds, each of 1 hours duration. All the interviewers were new to this company. So had lot of confusions on the actual requirements and what to interview a senior candidate for Engineering Manager role. So they just started chit chatting on all personal stuff. To my astonishment few of these interviewers were just working here for a fixed salary part. How is this company tolerating this? Overall, a wierdo kind of interview process.
Ofcourse, not all companies can organize quality interviews. And this company is one among them.
All sort of standard behavioural questions on past experiences.
