Lovely interviewing experience, felt welcome and respected the whole time. Experience was completely marred by the fact that after the final round, the recruiter made it seem like an offer was coming (told me feedback was great and that they hoped to reach out again with news regarding next steps), proceeded to ignore my messages for a week (I had to email twice), only to learn that they had made an offer to a PhD student instead. Ended up losing out on other opportunities because I was waiting for Juniper's offer. Unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
