It was very simple just generic question key to system design question is to ask a lot of question and decision making based on their answers. It's good to have a healthy conversation.

Database, UNIX question wasn't really there. We discussed a lil about databases in sys des question. Manger round was quite straight forward just be honest and tell them who you really are.
