Standard online application form, followed by about 8 testing/games (variety of maths, puzzles and emotion tests), video interview (30 seconds to prepare, 2 mins to answer) and then a final interview via Skype with two KPMG employees (this was instead of the standard group interview I believe)
You start off in groups and get to talk with some of the other applicants before getting sent one by one to the interview. All the interviewers looked like corporate zombies and were asking questions directly off a script.
You then return to complete an exercise on your phone where you have to rank certain emails in terms of importance and write an email in response.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Sydney) in July 2024
Interview
I took the aptitude test, which involved basic math calculations, spotting grammatical errors, and responding to behavioral and personality questions. The questions weren’t hard, but the tight time constraints, particularly for proofreading, made it challenging.
