Interview
Being in real estate its not really a job interview and more of a "does KW fit your needs as a broker and do you fit our needs as an agent" which I guess is sort of an interview in a sense. Either way its a very easy process, especially if you already have a sponsor.

Why are you in real estate? What do you want to do with your career in real estate?
Interview was very quick and casual. They asked me the expected questions: “where do you see yourself in 5 years” “what do you want to accomplish with real estate” and questions like this. They hire you on the spot
